Enrollment packets are available at the front office for Kindergarten through 5th Grade.

Packets can be picked up and dropped off at the office from 7:30-3:30 Monday-Friday through May 26 and 7:30-4:30 Monday-Thursday from May 30-July 28.

All new students need to have the following when being enrolled for the first time.

1. A copy of your child's birth certificate.
2. Social Security Card
3. An up-to-date shots record.
4. A Florida Physical examination.

Kindergarten will need to have all records when enrolled.
Grades 1-5 have 30 days to get this to the data entry clerk.
