How can I become a volunteer?

CES welcomes parent volunteers! If you would like to be involved in activities, special events, classroom parties, or field trips with the students at our school, you will need to complete a volunteer packet.

These packets are available in the front office, you may request your child's teacher to send one home, or print one from this link and bring to the office.

Read through the packet and fill out the last page. This page must be turn into the office in-person at which point your drivers license will be scanned. Your application will be reviewed, a background check will be conducted, and then sent to the principal for approval.

Once approved, a letter will be sent home with your child informing you of sign-in procedures. Please make sure you sign-in and out so that we can log your hours. Volunteers can log time at home too. Your hours logged can help us earn the Golden School Award from the state!

Volunteers must fill out a volunteer form EVERY year (no carry-over from previous years).

Thank you for your interest in volunteering. We look forward to seeing you soon!
